The Pleasant Hill Historic District* is excited to announce that we will be hosting our 1st annual Piccadilly Gala, on November 04, 2023. This year’s theme is “Boots & Bling”. The evening will include dinner, music, numerous Piccadilly Auction raffles, silent auction, and a whole heap of laughs and a rootin’ tootin’ good time! It will be held at Big Iron Town in Pleasant Hill MO. We would appreciate the support of you and your organization by becoming a Sponsor for our event.

Sponsorship Levels are:

• Trail Boss – $5,000 – includes prominent table recognition as a VIP major underwriter, social media promotion, program recognition, 8 dinner reservations, 8 unlimited drink cups, and 8 All-In raffle tickets. In addition, your name/logo will be placed on every auction paddle that will be displayed each time someone bids on an item.
• Diamond Saddle – $2,500 – includes prominent table recognition as a special underwriter, social media promotion, program recognition, 8 dinner reservations and 8 drink tickets. You will also receive recognition on each table as your name/logo will be placed on the bucket used for item bidding.
• Silver Spurs – $1,500 – includes prominent table recognition as a special underwriter, social media promotion, program recognition, 8 dinner reservations and 8 drink tickets.
• Ruby Wrangler – $1,000 – includes social media promotion, program recognition, 6 dinner reservations, and
  6 drink tickets.
• Bronc Buster – $500 – includes program recognition, 4 dinner reservations, and 4 drink tickets.
• Buckaroo – $250 – includes program recognition, 2 dinner reservations, and 2 drink tickets.
