Below is a list of information and resources to help you get started and welcome you to the neighborhood.  We recommend that you first contact the City of Pleasant Hill at 816-540-3135 to help you dot the Is and cross the Ts.

Historic Preservation Commission
Before any exterior modifications are done to buildings within the district, an application must be completed and filed the Pleasant Hill Community Development Department. City hall staff will be happy to assist you with the completion of this form. The application will then be placed on the agenda for review by the Historic Preservation Commission at their regular meeting (normally the first Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at city hall).
